Nathan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience across superannuation and financial services. He has held executive-level technology positions for more than a decade, including responsibility for leading the technology function of Mercer’s administration business, where he managed a team of nearly 100 technology professionals.
Nathan has delivered technical services to many prominent superannuation funds, supporting seamless day-to-day operations, complex migrations and upgrades to technology and infrastructure and access to data and services as needed. His experience spans the technology environments that underpin critical business functions, giving him a deep understanding of how technology can enable transformation across complex organisations.
At Novigi, Nathan leads the Core Platforms capability, helping clients maximise the value, stability and longevity of their most critical technology environments. He works closely with organisations to ensure these platforms continue to support day-to-day operations while evolving to meet changing business needs. Through this role, Nathan helps ensure core technology platforms remain reliable, efficient and ready to support future growth and change.
