Lahiru has been instrumental in advancing Novigi’s development capabilities and has overseen the growth of our Sri Lanka team since the establishment of our Colombo office in 2018. In his current capacity, he leads a team of full-stack developers, tackling intricate projects and leading the team while managing the operations of our Sri Lankan office. Lahiru is dedicated to upholding high standards and ensuring consistency across development work to deliver industry-leading service to our clients. Lahiru also plays an active role in sharing his expertise and uplifting team capability by mentoring and coaching team members.
Lahiru has spent over 14 years in software development roles, including four years as a prominent open-source contributor at WSO2 and WSO2.Telco. He is highly experienced in leading teams of engineers to develop and maintain large scale enterprise software solutions. Lahiru’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in management information systems and a Master of Business Administration in project management.
