Karan is an experienced technology and transformation leader with a career spanning AI, data, digital and large-scale technology delivery. Prior to joining Novigi, he co-founded and led a technology consultancy focused on AI, automation and business transformation. He also held senior leadership positions at big 4 consultancies, helping organisations navigate complex technology and transformation initiatives across a range of industries.
Throughout his career, Karan has worked with organisations across financial services, telecommunications, utilities and other complex operating environments. His experience includes developing technology and transformation strategies, leading large-scale delivery programmes and helping organisations apply data and AI to improve decision-making, productivity and operational performance.
At Novigi, Karan leads the Data & AI capability, helping clients harness the value of their data and adopt AI in practical, sustainable ways. He oversees initiatives spanning data strategy, governance, analytics, automation and AI solutions, ensuring organisations are equipped to make better decisions and operate more effectively.
