Alex is a consultant with experience working across complex, multidisciplinary engagements, bringing a structured and thoughtful approach to problem solving. Prior to joining Novigi, she spent nearly four years at a big 4 consultancy. Here she led workstreams across growth and innovation engagements for many prominent organisations across Australia, with experience spanning financial services, renewable energy, sport and higher education.
Earlier in her career, Alex competed as a professional athlete in the Women’s National Basketball League. Alongside her consulting experience, this is a defining part of her background and shapes her perspective and approach. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, reflecting a strong foundation in both commercial thinking and analytical rigour.
At Novigi, Alex works closely with clients on complex data and technology projects, helping them work through difficult problems, make sense of complexity, and turn strategy into practical, achievable outcomes.
