With over 20 years experience of successfully achieving business performance outcomes and organisational transformations, Melissa is an experienced senior executive focused on continuous improvement.  She has worked across a range of core business functions including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing and Strategy.

At Novigi, she is responsible for the execution of Novigi’s strategy. Melissa oversees the implementation of best practice methodologies; the capability development of our people in the continuously evolving digital space;  and that our processes and systems are designed to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Prior to joining Novigi, Melissa was Deputy CEO at an influential financial services consultancy where she was responsible for strategy, marketing and operations.  

Melissa was nominated as a finalist in the Diversity category of the 2013 AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence awards for her work on female retirement adequacy and her introduction of a package to improve retirement savings outcomes for female employees.

Melissa holds a Masters in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
