Paul is a senior business analyst with more than 30 years’ experience in the superannuation industry, bringing deep technical expertise and practical delivery experience across complex environments. He has worked extensively across both corporate superannuation businesses and software vendors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of systems, operations and client outcomes.
Throughout his career, Paul has led and contributed to a wide range of large-scale implementations, system enhancements and plan transitions. He is particularly experienced in working with leading superannuation platforms, including Superb and Capital, and has supported organisations through major regulatory and industry changes over time. His experience also includes working internationally across pension systems in Hong Kong.
