David is an experienced executive having worked in both boutique and large consultancies as well as many corporate environments. He has built and run operational and business support teams with a strong focus on customer experience, analytics and insight. 

At Novigi, David is responsible for leading and developing our services, ensuring we are delivering effective and pragmatic business solutions and best in class advice to our clients.  

Prior to joining Novigi, David was worked at an executive level with businesses across a number of sectors including banking, wealth management, telecommunications and healthcare.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology and has used this background to successfully apply principles of human centred design and behaviour economics to the optimisation of sales, marketing and services experiences. With a past career in professional team sport he understands the importance of collaboration and combining of skills.
