Alex is an accomplished technology leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, consulting and enterprise technology delivery. Before joining Novigi, he founded and scaled two technology businesses focused on AI, automation and business transformation. He also held senior leadership roles within a Big 4 consultancy, supporting organisations through large-scale technology and transformation initiatives.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked with organisations across financial services, telecommunications, government and other regulated industries, supporting large-scale transformation, technology modernisation and AI-enabled innovation. His experience spans both building and growing businesses and leading complex transformation initiatives within large organisations, giving him a practical understanding of how organisations evolve, scale and adapt.
As Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Alex shapes Novigi’s strategic direction, developing new market propositions and building the capabilities that will underpin the firm’s future growth. He is responsible for Novigi’s Data & AI and Digital & CX capabilities, helping ensure the business remains at the forefront of technology and innovation for the wealth and retirement industry.
