Prior to his current role, Alex spent over 15 years as a project manager in the superannuation sector, where he designed, led, and executed multimillion-dollar projects to meet time, budget, and quality business objectives.
Alex has led program streams on complex transformation and remediation programs focused on system, security, and data remediation activities. This included managing multiple project teams utilising SDLC and Agile methodologies, overseeing work product to guarantee professional standards, compliance, adherence to program timelines and client satisfaction.
