Clinton is an experienced technology and transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience in the superannuation industry. His career has progressed from software engineering and project delivery through to executive technology leadership, giving him a deep understanding of the systems, platforms and digital experiences that underpin modern superannuation services. He holds an MBA, a Bachelor of IT & Communications Design, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, combining strong technical foundations with strategic and commercial leadership experience.
Throughout his career, Clinton has worked with some of the industry’s largest organisations, leading major transformation initiatives, technology modernisation programs and superannuation fund transitions. As Chief Information Officer at Apex Superannuation, he played a key role in shaping the technology and digital capabilities supporting a modern, highly efficient administration platform.
At Novigi, Clinton leads the Digital & CX capability, helping organisations design, build and improve the digital experiences that connect members, customers and advisers with their services. He supports clients in improving engagement while meeting the complex requirements of the wealth and retirement industry.
