Chris is a seasoned financial services technology professional with more than three decades of experience in superannuation. He has extensive operational leadership experience, and has held executive roles across the industry, building many trusted, long-term partnerships over his career.
Chris has worked alongside some of the industry’s most prominent organisations, guiding major programmes, transformations and strategic initiatives from inception through to delivery and ongoing operation. At every step he emphasises straightforward communication and a pragmatic approach.
As Chief Client Officer, Chris leads Novigi’s client partnership function and is responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional value from their relationship with Novigi. Working closely with clients and Novigi’s leadership team, he helps shape long-term partnership strategies, supports successful outcomes across complex engagements and ensures Novigi remains a trusted advisor to the financial services industry.
