Simon has over 20 years of experience across technology, operational services and information security. Having worked within consulting, managed services and internal technology functions, he has spent much of his career leading organisations to strengthen their technology environments, improve operational resilience and navigate increasingly complex security and compliance requirements.
Throughout his career, Simon has worked across a diverse range of highly regulated industries, including, healthcare, community housing, aged care, manufacturing and financial services. His deep expertise is built on more than two decades of leading security, business continuity and technology initiatives. He holds a Master of Information Technology Management and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), complementing extensive practical experience implementing and managing ISO27001-aligned security frameworks and helping organisations meet regulatory obligations while maintaining effective day-to-day operations.
Simon leads Novigi’s Modern Workplace capability, supporting clients with the technology services their people rely on every day. He is responsible for ensuring these environments remain secure, compliant and reliable, while continuing to evolve the workplace experience through modern technologies and new ways of working.
