With over 20 years’ experience successfully achieving business performance outcomes and organisational transformations, Melissa is an experienced senior executive focused on continuous improvement. She has worked across a range of core business functions including finance, human resources, operations, marketing, and strategy.
At Novigi, Melissa works on the development and implementation of strategic objectives across the entire business. She ensures the organisation is employing best practice methodologies, continuously developing service capability and that processes and systems are designed to support the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
Prior to joining Novigi, Melissa was Deputy CEO at an influential financial services consultancy where she was responsible for strategy, marketing, and operations.
Melissa was highly commended in the Superannuation Professional of the Year category at the Women in Wealth Awards 2025 by Financial Newswire. She was also previously a finalist in the Diversity category of the AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence awards for her work on female retirement adequacy. Today she continues this passion through her current role as a mentor for Mentor Walks, a non-profit designed to empower women in the workplace.
Melissa holds a Masters in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
