Anita brings over 18 years of experience leading complex transformation and delivery programmes across the financial services sector. Before joining Novigi, she was Transformation Delivery Director at a Big 4 consultancy, supporting organisations through strategy implementation and large-scale transformation initiatives. Prior to this, she led sustainable cost reduction initiatives at a leading life insurer, building extensive experience across financial services operations, change and performance improvement.

At Novigi, Anita is responsible for the executive leadership of a broad portfolio spanning core platforms, modern workplace and a wide range of transformational initiatives. Working across some of Novigi’s largest and most strategically significant client engagements, she oversees the delivery of critical programmes and services that support clients through periods of significant change and operational transformation.

Anita plays a central role in Novigi’s continued growth, helping shape the capability, delivery excellence and operational scale required to support an expanding client base. Through her leadership, Novigi continues to deliver complex programmes and technology services that create meaningful outcomes for clients and strengthen the company’s position as a trusted partner.
