Andrew is an experienced executive with a career spanning technology, strategy, operations and business leadership. He has held senior roles across the superannuation industry for more than 15 years, including serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Apex Superannuation, where he helped guide the growth of one of Australia’s leading superannuation administration providers.

Throughout his career, Andrew has worked closely with superannuation funds, technology providers and industry partners, leading large-scale transitions, technology initiatives and business growth programs. A natural technologist with a strong commercial mindset, Andrew has viewed technology, data and innovation as critical enablers of growth and change since the outset of his career, and has applied this philosophy to many diverse business contexts.

As Chief Strategic Growth Officer, Andrew is responsible for driving Novigi’s growth agenda, deepening client partnerships and identifying new opportunities across Australia and internationally. Working closely with clients, partners and industry leaders, he helps shape Novigi’s next phase of growth while ensuring the business continues to deliver meaningful value to the wealth and retirement sector.
