SYDNEY 20 March 2023 — Specialist data and technology services provider Novigi has been appointed as the technology partner for Mercer’s Wollongong business in a new partnership that will secure over 90 jobs in the Illawarra region.
From 1 May 2023, Novigi will welcome the Mercer Wollongong technology team into their operations. The combined team of over 170 people – with over 100 working from Novigi’s new data and tech hub in the Illawarra – will significantly boost Novigi’s capacity to deliver its leading data and technology services throughout the superannuation and funds management value chain.
Novigi and Mercer have been trusted collaborators since 2019, and today’s announcement will deepen the partnership, with an initial focus on continuing to support the technology infrastructure and modernising the way Mercer Wollongong leverages data and technology throughout its administration operations to maintain high standards of service for its clients.
