Ash is an experienced entrepreneur, executive level business strategist and technology consultant with a background in enterprise architecture, software engineering and programming.
He has worked across a number of industries including as Executive Partner and Head of Financial Technology at an influential financial services consultancy. During this time, his practice consulted on data, platform architecture and process automation with many of Australia's leading Super Funds and Banks.
Since 2016, as Managing Partner at Novigi, Ash has continued with similar work in the Financial Services and Aged Care industries.
Partner - Head of Client Services
Joash is an experienced technology consultant and an executive level relationship management specialist. He has a wide range of experience designing and implementing large and complex projects across numerous industries.
Prior to establishing Novigi, Joash worked on the establishment and growth of a very successful financial technology practice. During this time, the technology practice grew from 4 to 30+ people with turnover growing by more than five times.
Joash has an impressive career based on taking responsibility for client advocacy and managing relationships with a number of large customers in the Wealth Management market throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Partner - Head of Business Services
Melissa is an experienced senior executive with 20 years’ experience in Business Management in the financial services industry. She is responsible for supporting the execution of Novigi’s strategy through management of our People, Processes and Systems.
Prior to joining Novigi, Melissa was Deputy CEO at an influential Financial Services consultancy where she was responsible for Strategy, Marketing and Operations.
Melissa was nominated as a finalist in the Diversity category of the 2013 AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence awards for her work on female retirement adequacy and her introduction of a package to improve retirement savings outcomes for female employees.
Partner - Head of innovation & improvement
As Head of Innovation & Improvement, Terry oversees the workflow and methodologies followed by our Technical Services Team in Colombo and plays a key facilitation role with the Client Services Team to ensure we always exceed expectations. He also works actively with the Advisory Team to provide guidance and recommendations to our clients on best practice integration and big data platform architecture and the application of emerging technologies to solve specific business problems.
Prior to joining Novigi, Terry was a service delivery manager where he led a large team to successfully deliver several complex financial technology projects. He has a strong technical background having worked as an actuarial analyst and systems analyst for several years developing large scale projection engines for superannuation funds and insurance providers.
Terry has a double degree in Actuarial and Computer Science and is a qualified Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (AIAA).
ADVISORY SERVICES LEAD
Kevin plays a lead role in managing and delivering Novigi’s advisory projects.
Kevin has played both project management and business analyst roles on a variety of projects in the financial services industry. Recently, he has been involved in the delivery of multiple large-scale projects aiming to automate the provision of financial advice, particularly in relation to life insurance and superannuation.
Kevin has substantial subject matter expertise in superannuation having been heavily involved in the design and implementation of Rice Warner’s superannuation research database that aimed to enable deep-comparison of products, with a high level of market coverage. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in science, majoring in financial mathematics and statistics from the University of Sydney.
